The practice is located on the first floor at 10 Stephen Street, Rathquarter, Sligo, F91 V2XR, with access through the Stephen Court alleyway. Assessment pathways include required in-person appointments, so those attending must be able to travel to Sligo and access the clinic by stairs; there is no lift or step-free access.

Paid public parking is available nearby at the Connaughton Road and The Mall car parks. Attendance is by prearranged appointment only, and families should arrive no more than five minutes beforehand. Detailed directions will be provided when the appointment is confirmed.
